In addition to Ballwin, we offer dedicated swim locations in South County and O’Fallon, MO, as well as a full gymnastics complex in South County—giving families flexible options and access to exceptional programs no matter where they’re located. Wherever your child’s interests take them, our goal is to help them learn, grow, and thrive.

Tippi Toes Dance in St. Louis is a children’s dance program dedicated to bringing fun, high-energy dance classes directly to kids in schools, daycare centers, and community locations throughout the St. Louis area. Designed for children ages 18 months to 12 years, Tippi Toes focuses on building confidence, coordination, creativity, and a love for movement in a positive and encouraging environment!

They offer a variety of classes, including ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, and creative movement, all taught by trained instructors who specialize in working with young children. Classes are structured to be engaging and age-appropriate, using upbeat music and imaginative themes to keep students excited and involved!

In addition to weekly classes, Tippi Toes St. Louis hosts recitals, camps, and special events that give dancers the opportunity to showcase their skills and celebrate their progress. The program’s mission is to instill joy, self-expression, and lifelong confidence through dance!

Things to Consider Before Signing Up for Dance 

• Why does your child want to dance? Are they looking to just get some exercise, gain confidence, compete, or just try something new? 
• There is a huge difference between recreational dance lessons and competing on a dance team! 
• Dance lessons typically involve class 1x/week and culminates in a recital or performance (with differing levels of formality) compared to competing with a studio with multiple classes per week and competitions throughout the year
• Gear/equipment involved: 
  • Leotard (tutus, optional but oh-so-cute!)
  • Tights/leggings
  • Dance shoes (ballet, tap, jazz)
  • Recital costumes

  • If you are starting out from scratch, most studios have free trial classes for your child to try before you commit to a session
