The Missouri History Museum invites homeschool families to celebrate education and family learning with History Exploration Days. Explore a new topic one Friday of each month from September to May (excluding November) through engaging activities designed for families with students and learners from PreK through high school.
“Our goal,” explains Maria Russell, Manager of K-12 Education Programs, “is to create a space and an experience where students can develop their own interpretations and understandings of history and connect that understanding to their own lives now and for the future.”

Discover new people, places, and perspectives in the galleries; investigate history with hands-on activities and workshops; and have fun making crafts! Featuring community collaborators with interactive opportunities, and ways to explore history inside the Museum and at home. All events are FREE.
