St. Louis Family Concert Guide: Summer Nights + Sweet Tunes

Looking for a way to spice up those long summer evenings with your kids? St. Louis is rockin’ with outdoor summer concert series, and most are free!

We’ve rounded up concert series in Kirkwood, Des Peres, St. Charles, Ferguson, Ellisville, Creve Coeur, Brentwood, The Magic House and The Missouri Botanical Gardens.

Make your evening a breeze by packing a few essentials: folding chairs or a blanket to claim a good spot, along with bug spray and sunscreen to stay comfortable as the sun sets. Bring your own snacks or check the city’s website to see if food trucks will be on-site. Details below!

 

Brentwood | Family Nights at Brentwood Park

Where: Brentwood Park

When: June 12, July 10, August 14 | 5:30 – 9 p.m.

Welcome to Family Nights at Brentwood Park, sponsored by West Community Credit Union! Join us on select evenings this summer for even more fun in the park, featuring local food trucks, refreshing drinks, live music, and free entertainment for all ages. Food trucks and activities begin at 5:30 PM, with featured music acts taking the stage at 7:00 PM. Come explore the park, visit our newest playground, and grab your lawn chairs for a night of free summer fun and music!

Clayton | Musical Nights at Oak Knoll Park

Unwind with Musical Nights, a free, recurring concert series set in the peaceful surroundings of Oak Knoll Park. This relaxing community event invites you to slow down and enjoy live music in the park. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets, family, and dogs, and settle in for an easygoing evening outdoors.
