Enjoy a delicious breakfast and meet Santa Claus this holiday season. On Saturdays and Sundays in November and December, families can reserve a special Pancakes with Santa meal in the Grand Hall.

Experience a unique 3D lightshow on the ceiling of Grand Hall while you enjoy Pancakes topped with strawberries and fun whipped cream Santa faces are served with milk for the kids or coffee for the grownups.

Guests will be able to take their own photos with Santa so please be sure to bring cameras and/or smart phones to take pictures!

Bellefontaine Cemetery will host visitors at the Historic Hotchkiss Chapel. Visitors arrive at 4947 W. Florissant Ave. and follow white and green direction signs to the chapel. Once there, enjoy roasted chestnuts, tours, and presentations that are available between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The Grinch will be arriving in the South Grand neighborhood in the city of St. Louis on Saturday, Dec. 7 with an unusual motive: to spread holiday cheer and joy and to raise funds for Shriners Children’s Saint Louis.   

The Grinch will be on hand at Apotheosis Comics and Lounge (3206 South Grand) from9 a.m. to 1 p.m. For a $7 donation to the hospital, participants can get their photo taken with the Grinch. Those who bring a donation for the children at Shriners Hospital, such items as games, puzzles, crayons, coloring books, etc. can get a photo taken for only $5.

Grand Goes Green for the Grinch

Across the district, select South Grand businesses have hidden our mischievous friend, the Grinch, on shelves and out-of-the-way places. Find as many Grinches as you can, snap a selfie with him, post the photo to Instagram and tag @SouthGrandSTL. 

Green specials will be available throughout the day on South Grand to promote the Grinch spreading holiday cheer.

The 12th Annual “Santas on the Loose” 5K run fills the streets of Webster Groves with people of all ages in holiday costumes as they run/walk through beautiful, historic Webster Groves. He has been extra mean this year and will do anything he can to make you miscount the candy canes. Kids are encouraged to be on their best behavior on their way to see Santa, the MEAN GREEN GROUCH with have enough naughty for the whole group.

Cost is per golf cart, that rides 3-4 (example: Two adults and two small kids, One adult and three kids, or Two adults and one kid) All riders must fit on one cart or multiple carts must be purchased.

Before you visit us during the holidays we just want to clarify one thing.  If you are looking for a giant light display with millions upon millions of lights and then a small petting zoo at the end or just a couple animals on display, then this is probably not for you. Las Posadas

Join us for the re-enactment of the Spanish tradition of “Las Posadas” on Saturday, December 7th at 6:30 PM. The procession begins at Boone’s Lick and South Main and proceeds to the corner of First Capitol and Riverside Drive. Participants carry candles while following Mary and Joseph as they seek shelter prior to arriving at Bethlehem. Our journey ends at a live nativity scene on the riverfront. We will celebrate our journey by singing Christmas carols around Jesus in a manger.
