On the day of the appointment, the groomer pulled up right on time in their bright, clean, climate-controlled grooming van. They came to the door to greet us and introduce themselves to all of us, taking time to get to know our pups and their needs.
From there, the groomer took our dog inside the van for a private, one-on-one grooming session—no cages, no noisy salon, just calm and focused care. About an hour or so later, out came a fresh, happy pup—tail wagging and smelling like sunshine.
