Easter is on its way! Here is a family-friendly roundup of events, egg hunts, bunny visits, and our favorite places to shop for Easter basket fillers!

Hop on down the bunny trail and fill your basket with fun! Eckert’s Annual Egg Hunt, animals for petting, tractor ride around the farm, plant a seed to take home, ice a cookie, face painting, duck pond, gift from the bunny, and a free photo scene with the Easter Bunny. Join in on the fun & continue making memories at our farm.

Hop over and enjoy a delicious meal before heading out to hunt Easter eggs.  Our flippity flop kid’s breakfast includes sprinkle pancakes, bunny fruit kabob, bacon, and a delicious Sherbet Sunrise Drink to complete the meal for $7.00. Regular menu available for adults and kids to also order from.

5:30 – 6:30 pm and 7 – 8 pm: Ages 4 – 12

Kids will have an egg-citing time searching the Renaud Center’s indoor pool for Easter eggs! Eggs will be placed in parts of the pool to accommodate all age groups. Make sure you keep an eye out for the golden egg, which will get you a special prize at the end! Bring goggles and a waterproof basket or container for gathering eggs. Pre-registration is required.

Grab the family and neighbors for a kid-friendly outing at the Annual Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the Overland Parks and Recreation Department. The hunt will begin at Noon at Norman Myers Park. Children ages 1 – 10 years of age will have the opportunity to collect eggs, and the chance to win stuffed bunnies and bicycles. This event is open to the public and registration is not required. 

This family friendly event will be held Saturday March 23rd at Vinita Park (Yeoman Location) next to City Hall promptly at 12:00 Noon on the Athletic Field! (If rain occurs we will move egg hunt to top of park off the athletic field)

The Hunt will feature a variety of colorful plastic eggs filled with wrapped candy, coins and special prizes. The Easter Egg Hunt activities are for all school age children from Pre-K – High School.

The Easter Bunny will be making a guest appearance at 12:00 o’clock sharp so don’t forget your baskets!

Egg hunt starts promptly at 10:45 am

The Easter Bunny will be hopping into Florissant! Children can enjoy a few fun activities and visit the Easter Bunny before heading outside for an Easter Egg Hunt. The egg hunt will be split into the following age groups (2 & Under, 3-5, 6-8, and 9-12).
The Egg Hunt will begin promptly at 10:45 AM

Event is at the JJE Center. In the field next to the ice rink near Parker Road

This free ticketed Easter egg hunt is for children 12 and under. We will have three age groups (0-2, 3-5, 6-12). Please only register for the children who will be participating in the egg hunt! The hunt will begin with the first age group (0-2) right at 9:00 am followed by the other age groups one at a time. The doors to this event will open at 8:45am. Enjoy food trucks at your own cost, free photos with the Easter Bunny, and other free activities. Spots are limited so be sure to register quickly. Please bring your own Easter baskets. All candy is peanut free. This event is rain or shine.
 
***Please bring one or more personal hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc.) per participating child. All donations will benefit Marcy’s Project.

Eureka Youth Easter Egg Hunt at Legion Park

(Rain Date – March 30, 2024)

Hop on over to Legion Park to visit with the Easter Bunny and search for eggs! We will have separate areas for ages 0– 2, 3 – 4, 5 – 7 and 8 – 10. The event begins at 10:00 a.m., with the hunts beginning at 11:00 a.m. Each age group will start in 5 minute increments.  Before and after the hunts, take your picture with the Easter Bunny!

Join the second annual Egg Hunt! There will be thousands of eggs ready for the Big Hunt! Easter Bunny will be making an appearance, along with crafts and many more activities! Don’t forget your basket!

Cost is $10 until March 22 and $15 day-of.

Egg Hunt at Vlasis Park

Grab your baskets and join the Ballwin Parks and Recreation Department for the Youth Easter Egg Hunt. Hunts will begin at 11:30 am SHARP and will be divided into age groups: 2-4 years old, 5-7years old, and 8-10 years old.

 The Easter Bunny will be on hand for pictures so make sure you bring your camera!

Registration is not required.

The Easter Bunny will leave a trail of eggs in Bluebird Park. Have your Easter baskets and cameras ready!  Children 9 and under will hunt for colorful eggs full of candy and prizes. This event is free, but you must register ahead of time.

Collect eggs and turn them in for prizes! The Easter Bunny will be hopping around for photos. Pre-registration is required. $3 per child, includes egg hunt, snacks, and refreshments.

Hunt around Edwardsville, gathering eggs from different locations. Pick up your egg carton from Dietrich Bank. Visit the Easter bunny for pictures at Nickel Plate Station. Ticket includes a visit with the Easter bunny. Pick up your egg cartons (to collect your eggs in) at either ECM or Dietrich Bank during business hours, one week prior to the event.  Registration is required.

This year’s event will take place from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Pick from three egg hunts based on age group and enjoy fun activities for kids, including face painting, inflatables, a bubble bus and more! Light refreshments will be provided.

Celebrate Easter in a big way! With balloon artists, bounce houses, face painting, games, pony rides, a petting zoo, and a visit from the Easter Bunny! 

For kids 10 and under. Free to the community.

The Easter Bunny has hidden 10,000 eggs for your kiddos to find! For ages 0 – 9, ages 2 and under have their own, slower-paced hunt. 

The annual Sunset Easter Egg Hunt will be held at the Athletic Complex on March 23! The hunt will be divided into 3 age groups, ages 1-3, ages 4-6, and ages 7-10.

Hippity hop, Easter’s on its way! The Easter Bunny has been filling thousands of eggs with candy and prizes for the Egg Hunt at our annual Easter EGGstravaganza! We are pleased to be able to offer our annual Egg Hunt with the elements you know and love in two convenient formats! We encourage everyone to stay after their hunt time for additional EGGstravaganza festivities and photos with the Easter Bunny! Some eggs will contain a slip of paper for prizes. Don’t forget your basket to collect all your goodies.

Purchase tickets in advance!

Bring a flashlight and basket for egg hunting in the park after dark! Includes pizza and games! For ages 20 – 24. Registration is limited.

Join us on Friday, March 29th for an Easter Egg Hunt Swimming Event! Grab your swimsuits and a friend for an evening of fun!

Children ages 6-12 are welcome to join us at the Indoor Aquatic Center for our Underwater Egg Hunt! Check-in will begin at 5:15 p.m. After check-in, wait on the deck until it’s time to bunny-hop your way into the pool to gather eggs. Kids will have the opportunity to win prizes such as swim passes, candy, MH swag, and more! Once all eggs have been found, have an ‘egg-cellent’ time swimming for the rest of the evening.

This event features an Easter egg hunt outside (weather permitting!), puppet shows, story time with the story lady, and the chance to pet a real, live bunny. 

Each child will have the opportunity to participate in easter crafts, make a goodie bag, receive a coloring book, and of course get pictures with the Easter bunny!  

Cost: $7 per person.

Go on an outdoor egg hunt in the Museum’s Play Garden, take a photo with the Bunny, create spring-inspired crafts, enjoy a sweet cookie treat and the opportunity to explore the entire Magic House at this after-hours event. 

Reservations are required. $20 per ticket, $10 per member ticket.

Spring has sprung and the Bunny plans to make a special stop at THE HEIGHTS. Hop on over for brunch, crafts and a photo op with the bunny. Pre Registration is required for all family members. The event cost include the Aquatic Egg Hunt so don’t forget your swimsuit!

Resident: $15 per person | Non-resident: $20 per person

Bring the family out for a fun-filled carnival! This year the Easter Carnival will return to an outdoor, open format. Kids will enjoy game booths and activities – where they’ll hear about the true meaning of Easter AND collect prize-filled eggs along the way. Get ready for tons of fun!

The Bunny Bolt 5k and 1-Mile Fun Run is a 1-mile run through Boulevard Park and a 5k through Lake Saint Louis that will precede the Lake Saint Louis Easter Egg Hunt. All participants will receive a short-sleeve t-shirt for participating.

Gather up the family and celebrate brunch and an Easter egg hunt at Grant’s Farm. Start with a lovely buffet brunch in our beautiful Baurenhof Courtyard, and then take part in an exciting egg hunt on the lawn of the Busch Family Estate. (Easter Egg hunt is for children under the age of 12).

Plus, have your photo taken with the Easter Bunny, see an array of animals in the Baurenhof Courtyard Stables. Children can bring their own Easter baskets, but Grant’s Farm will provide Easter baskets for the children if needed.

Enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt Brunch at Sunflower Hill Farms!

Hop on over and join us for an Easter Party at Play Street Museum on Saturday, March 30th from9 – 10:30am! In addition to playtime, kiddos will enjoy an Easter Egg Hunt, paint, and play!
