Start a gratitude journal

Starting a gratitude journal is a great way to reflect on things that make you feel grateful, no matter how big or small. Practicing gratitude can make you happier, give you a greater sense of joy, and increase your optimism.

Here are several writing prompts to get you going:

What am I grateful for in my life right now?
What makes me feel safe?
What makes my life easier?
What have I accomplished?
Who has made a positive impact on my life?
What is a lesson I learned?
