Trainers who guide you the entire class

Complimentary childwatch during workouts at many locations

Strong community of women and moms supporting each other

Burn Boot Camp removes common challenges moms face when trying to work out — lack of time, childcare, and feeling overwhelmed at a traditional gym. With multiple locations across Missouri, it’s easy to find a Burn close to home, work, or school drop-off.

Burn is about showing up, moving your body, and feeling supported — no pressure, no expectations, just a space built for real life.

CHILDWATCH

Complimentary Childwatch

Childwatch is available for children from 8 weeks to 12 years old.

At Burn Boot Camp, Childwatch is designed to support parents by removing one of the biggest barriers to working out — childcare. The Childwatch team provides a safe, engaging environment so parents can focus on their workout with peace of mind.

Burn believes that parents who take care of themselves are better equipped to care for others. Making time for strength, movement, and mental health matters — not just for you, but for the example you set for your children and your community.

Childwatch spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
