You know that recipe you can’t stop eating, and you make it over and over again? Yep, I have those too. Here are my top 2 hyper fixation lunch recipes (high in protein!).

Chicken Bacon Ranch Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
•4 cups of chopped or pulled chicken (this could be canned, roasted, smoked, whatever works for you)
•3/4 cup of mayo
•4 tsp of ranch seasoning
•8 slices of bacon (cooked and chopped)
Optional: 1 cup of cheddar cheese (I did Mexican)
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix up! This recipe is the perfect meal prep recipe. Everyone loved it!

Chicken Cucumber Salad
Ingredients:
- 1/2 English cucumber sliced
- 1 chicken breast (I use the already cooked Italian chicken breast from Sam’s Club)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Measure with your heart: salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder
Chop the chicken and cucumber. Mix together. Let it sit overnight to really let the flavors combine. You also could add in other veggies such as tomatoes, onions, carrots, or bell peppers!
