She’s found that working out regularly makes her a more patient, less stressed mom. Here are 10 ways she keeps moving with her kids!

What Moms are Loving

OrangeTheory helped me rediscover fitness in a fun, relaxed environment! I love the group camraderie, metrics reporting, and the awesome coaches!

Hot Yoga at Namaste. I love the instructors and how the classes vary. The central theme is always to honor your body and do what your body is able to do and asking for.

Fit Girl Fitness is an all-female gym in O'Fallon, MO that offers numerous small group, coach- led classes, along with nutritional support. I love the variety of workouts along with a nonjudgmental environment.

I go to Lifetime in Frontenac! I love the wide variety of classes from hot yoga, dance to more intense HIIT workouts. The added perks are the in-house spa, cafe and most importantly childcare center.

Hotworx is seriously the only workout that has kept my interest for so many years. Hot Yoga, Hot Buns, Hot Pilates and Hot Blast are just some of the workout sessions you can choose from! You can schedule from your phone and walk right into the session. The convenience and results are the things I truly love about this one of a kind workout!

Kelly Watson

I go to Club Fitness! I like their instructor led yoga classes and flexible childcare. They have a women only workout area which is so nice for when I want to lift or walk in peace. Dim lighting, nice and quiet. I love using the sauna and hydro massage chairs after a workout.

Abby Klosterhoff

I workout at CGSquad in Ellisville. It is a female gym that offers classes and child care for most class times. When I walk into CGSquad, I walk into a community of women in different walks of life and different stages of our fitness and health journey.

Tricia Koebel

I absolutely love working out with Natalie of NEXTraining. She has truly become a close friend and someone I can genuinely share my life with - all the highs and lows! She listens and encourages me while getting a killer burn during our workout. And we laugh a lot!

Trina Harger

I started working out at Materra Method in the midst of the pandemic after I had my first child. Abby, and her pre and post natal specialist instructors, make you feel completely ease whether you are 38 weeks pregnant or 2 years postpartum. These Pilates and barre inspired workouts meet you where you are. I have taken these classes virtually, in group settings, and in private sessions both pregnant and postpartum and I keep coming back!

Colleen Fitzsimmons-Wiviott

I joined TruFusion before they even opened in Clayton and haven’t looked back since. They offer a friendly community, tons of class options, and two locations. It allows me to vary my workout between circuit/HIIT style classes, hot barre/yoga, Bootcamp, cycling, and more! Their second location at the Foundry is great for those who work downtown. Nurses, teachers, first responders, and military also get discounted monthly rates.
