St. Louis has no shortage of family-friendly breweries! If you’re looking for a place to go with your family, or want to meet up with a group of your friends and their kids, we’ve got you covered! Check out our list below!

Alpha Brewing Co

4310 Fyler Ave, St. Louis, MO 63116

Take it from us, their fries are kid-approved! They have an awesome patio with corn hole and jenga and live music on the weekends. Don’t forget to say hi to the brewery cat Tassie!
 
 

Anheuser Busch Biergarten

The ultimate St. Louis brewery has a fabulous outdoor patio where you can get your fill of Anheuser-Busch products and enjoy some tasty pub menu favorites! Come tour the brewery and stay for dinner!

 

Friendship Brewing Company

In the heart of historic Wentzville, you can find Friendship Brewery. Friendship Brewery is locally crafted. You can cool off inside, or bring your dog to the patio. Check out their website for special events, new releases, and build your own specials!

 

Good News Brewing

Good News Brewery is a staple within St. Charles County with over 70 handcrafted beers. Good News Brewery has locations in St. Charles, Defiance, Augusta, and two locations in O’Fallon. Both the Defiance and Augusta locations are right off the Katy Trail!

 

Bluewood Brewing

1821 Cherokee St, St. Louis, MO 63118

Located just across from the Lemp Mansion, Bluewood Brewing has a VERY cool outdoor patio (covered) that’s connected to their indoor taproom. B. McArthur’s Neighborhood Taco Joint is a new concept from Ben McArthur located in the Bluewood Taproom. Their menu offers a rotation of tacos, burritos, and more with staple sharable snacks like nachos, loaded fries, and chips & queso. 

 

Schlafly Bottleworks

7260 Southwest Ave, St. Louis, MO 63143

A staple on the St. Louis brewery scene, we especially love this Maplewood location for it’s awesome covered patio! There is plenty of room to spread out, and you can even check out the brewing process if you head inside. 

 

Ferguson Brewery 

418 S Florissant Rd, Ferguson, MO 63135

Nestled in the heart of downtown Ferguson, this is a must when you’re in North County! There’s indoor and outdoor seating, and they boast an extensive food menu (love the strawberry fields salad!) and in-house brewed beers!

 

 

Urban Chestnut Brewery

Urban chestnut has two locations, their Midtown Biergarten and the Grove Beer Hall. They both have indoor and outdoor seating, boasting an amazing patio at the Midtown location. The pizza is a must at the Grove location!

 

4 Hands Brewery

1220 S 8th St, St. Louis, MO 63104

Be sure to grab a table upstairs where kids can enjoy the arcade games and skee ball. The second floor is large with plenty of big tables to meet up with a bunch of friends. Dads will be happy because they are always showing games on their projector. They serve Peacemaker and Companion pretzels! Mom tip: get the spicy fish sandwich. We can’t wait for the Kirkwood location to open!

 

Grant’s Farm

The ultimate family-friendly brewery in St. Louis! Spend the day enjoying all that Grant’s Farm has to offer and then cool off in the Bauernhof Courtyard with a complimentary Anheuser-Busch drink and a snack!

 

Perennial on Lockwood

216 W Lockwood Ave Unit B, Webster Groves, MO 63119

Perennial is a small batch brewery, tasting room, and restaurant located in the heart of Old Webster Groves. Perennial on Lockwood is a collaboration between Olive + Oak and Perennial Artisan Ales offering the best in food, beer (wine and spirits, too) and hospitality in a beautifully remodeled historic garage. They have a great patio, too!

 

St. James Brewery

The Taproom offers spacious dining and beautiful brewery views. Their drink menu boasts the best of Public House and St. James Winery. The food menu includes brick oven pizzas and appetizers, specialty burgers produced from local ingredients, and more. The Taproom is a family-friendly environment attached to a beautiful, spacious, pet-friendly beer garden.

 

Shortleaf Brewing

7434 Village Center Dr, O’Fallon, MO 63368

Shortleaf Brewery in Winghaven is known for its menu and speciality ales! The best thing about Shortleaf Brewery is their community focus and family events. There are two locations – O’Fallon and Lake of the Ozarks!

 

Point Labaddie Brewery

1029 Thiebes Rd, Labadie, MO 63055

Point  Labaddie brewery is the perfect afternoon/evening getaway. Enjoy live music on most weekends, a variety of food trucks, and great brews! Picnics welcome too. Bring chairs, picnic blanket, and toys for the kids. We recommend trucks and toys to frolic in the woods, or bring a soccer or football to play in the field.
