“I LOVE being a Rock Hill mom. We are centrally located in mid St. Louis County and can get just about anywhere from as far west as Chesterfield to as far east as downtown St. Louis in 20 minutes! We’re located on the border of Brentwood, Webster Groves and Ladue. We love adventuring to Tilles Park and so many of the wonderful Brentwood Parks, like Oaktree, too! Oakhaven Park in Rock Hill is a favorite. Of course Rock Hill is home to the delightful Katie’s Pizza and if you’re in a rush, the drive thru haven that is Nacho Mamas! Our neighborhood is very walkable!”
“As the first suburban municipality outside of St. Louis City boundaries, Kirkwood is steeped in history. At first known for its train tracks and quiet life outside of a bustling downtown St. Louis, today it has become a destination for foodies, families, and fitness lovers alike. We love Kirkwood for its walkability and bike-friendly streets, as well as its welcoming atmosphere and family-friendly activities.“

“Seven years ago, my husband received a job offer, which took us from NYC to St. Louis. We explored the city as singles, married, and had our first child in 2018. Technically, I wasn’t “new” to STL when I became a mom, but I never explored with “mom goggles” on or had any local friends or family with children. Instead, I focused on my career and making new friends. And then, BAM, I was a mom! I wished for a one-stop-shop guide for a new mom in a new city as I transitioned into motherhood, as there is so much STL has to offer moms and their little ones. I am excited to play a small part in bringing this much-needed resource to life!”
