November is Gluten-Free Awareness Month, and what better way to raise awareness than by sharing my favorite gluten-free products? I do most of my gluten-free shopping through Thrive Market, but I’ve also found great selections at Walmart and Dierbergs. I’ve been on a gluten-free journey for a little over a year, though I must confess it’s been a somewhat casual one. I’ve noticed that eliminating gluten from my diet significantly reduces inflammation and improves my stomach’s well-being. Planning ahead has been key to my success in maintaining this lifestyle.
Quinn’s: Quinn’s offers a delectable range of gluten-free popcorn and pretzels, with their stuffed pretzels being particularly addictive.
The Good Crisp: For those craving a Pringles alternative and cheese balls, The Good Crisp is a must-try.
Siete: Siete has a fantastic array of gluten-free options, from tortillas to salt and vinegar chips, making them a go-to choice for snacks.
Capellos Cookie Dough: Besides their delicious cookie dough, Capellos also has some excellent gluten-free pizza options.
Sweet Loren’s: Sweet Loren’s provides a convenient solution with their ready-to-bake cookie dough for those sweet cravings.
Simple Mills Cupcake and Cake Mix: If you’re looking to replace traditional cake and cupcake mixes with a gluten-free alternative, Simple Mills has you covered.
Pasta + Bread
Jovial: Jovial is a trusted brand for gluten-free pasta enthusiasts, offering a wide range of options from traditional penne to gluten-free lasagna sheets.
Canyon Bread: While I’m still on the hunt for the ultimate gluten-free bread, Canyon Bread offers a decent alternative worth trying.
Brazi Bites: These are perfect for quick and delicious bites.
Bob’s Red Mill: Bob’s Red Mill is a dependable choice for gluten-free flours, baking mixes, and more. Their high-quality products are perfect for creating gluten-free bread and baked goods.
