My Favorite Gluten-Free Finds

0

November is Gluten-Free Awareness Month, and what better way to raise awareness than by sharing my favorite gluten-free products? I do most of my gluten-free shopping through Thrive Market, but I’ve also found great selections at Walmart and Dierbergs. I’ve been on a gluten-free journey for a little over a year, though I must confess it’s been a somewhat casual one. I’ve noticed that eliminating gluten from my diet significantly reduces inflammation and improves my stomach’s well-being. Planning ahead has been key to my success in maintaining this lifestyle.
