Noboleis Vineyards is a family- and female-owned winery located just outside of St. Louis in the charming and historic Augusta, Missouri. Home to the first American Viticultural Area in the country, Augusta has unique grape varietals that make the wines that come from it a must-try. Noboleis, in particular, has an impressive portfolio with everything from wine, port, sangria, and cider, all produced right on the property!

While known for the award-winning wines which remain true to their roots, their innovation with products such as their canned Swirl Sangria and TiLTED Hard Cider is what really sets them apart. It’s that same innovation that has their team constantly playing around with new ways to enjoy their products. Check out these three recipes below, created by the Noboleis management team, using products that are great on their own, but that can also be reimagined into fun cocktails!

Gateway City White Blend -> MO-garita

The Noboleis Gateway City White Blend is a dry wine made up of a blend of locally grown, white varietals aged in stainless steel tanks. This wine was created as an homage to the city they love and call home, starting with the ingredients used all the way down to the design of the label. Their Gateway City White Blend is perfect for summer! Serve chilled and enjoy in your favorite wine glass or try Noboleis’ take on a wine margarita!
