“Living in Benton Park is perfect for my husband and I in our empty nesting season. We love being within walking distance to so many great restaurants and parks while being minutes from downtown and the interstate to take us anywhere we’d like to go! We know all of our neighbors and love seeing them at all of our neighborhood haunts. When our adult kids visit, they always comment that we’re “Living the life!”
“Living in Tower Grove South is everything I imagined about “city living” when I was growing up in rural Missouri. I’ve got coffee shops, local restaurants, a well-stocked library, and a gorgeous park steps from my house. I’ve got neighbors who know my name and check in on each other. I hear different languages being spoken every time I take a walk and see familiar and new faces every day. I love raising my kids here and feel connected to my community and all it has to offer.”

“Seven years ago, my husband received a job offer, which took us from NYC to St. Louis. We explored the city as singles, married, and had our first child in 2018. Technically, I wasn’t “new” to STL when I became a mom, but I never explored with “mom goggles” on or had any local friends or family with children. Instead, I focused on my career and making new friends. And then, BAM, I was a mom! I wished for a one-stop-shop guide for a new mom in a new city as I transitioned into motherhood, as there is so much STL has to offer moms and their little ones. I am excited to play a small part in bringing this much-needed resource to life!”
